Company summer parties
The annual staff party on the lawn, in the car park or at a hired field or club — BBQ, hog roast or both.
Hot, generous food for teams of every size — cooked fresh on site, served quickly and planned properly, so the event runs to time and every dietary need is covered.

Whoever organises the company summer party usually has a day job too. What they need from a caterer is simple: good food, a queue that moves, nobody left without something they can eat, and one reliable contact who deals with the details.
That's how we run corporate hog roasts and BBQs. We plan the service around your timetable, register dietary requirements in advance, liaise with your facilities or estates team about access and set-up, and put everything in writing before the day. On the day we cook fresh on site, serve from a proper counter and leave the space as we found it.

Corporate events have different pressures from private parties. This is what we focus on.
For most company events we recommend one of three set-ups. A [hog roast](/hog-roast-catering/) is generous, efficient for big numbers and gives the event a centrepiece. A [BBQ](/bbq-catering/) offers more choice and suits younger teams and family days. Both together — the most popular choice for larger events — gives two serving points, a shorter queue and something for everyone.
Whatever you choose, we include vegetarian and vegan mains, a full spread of salads and sides, and rolls, sauces and accompaniments. The BBQ menu and hog roast menu show sample corporate packages.
We'll ask for the practical details early: where on site you'd like the food served, where we can park and unload, whether there are security or sign-in procedures, and any rules about gas, generators or cooking near buildings. If your site has a facilities manager, we'll deal with them directly.
We'll also agree a service window. If you have 400 people and a 90-minute lunch, we plan the number of serving points and staff around that. Our guide to planning a corporate BBQ has a full checklist for organisers.

| Approximate headcount | Quantities, serving points and staff numbers |
| Dietary requirements | Vegetarian, vegan and other needs are planned in, not bolted on |
| Preferred food style | Hog roast, BBQ, lamb or a mix — or ask us to recommend |
| Site rules and paperwork | Insurance, risk assessments, inductions or security sign-in |
