Burgers
Beef burgers cooked to order in soft buns, with cheese, onions and a choice of sauces.
Proper barbecue food for a crowd — burgers, sausages, chicken and genuinely good vegetarian and vegan options, cooked to order by our team with all the salads, sides and sauces.

Everyone loves a barbecue until they're the one standing over it for three hours. Our mobile BBQ catering takes that job away completely. We arrive with commercial grills, fresh ingredients and a serving counter, cook everything to order and keep the queue moving until everyone's fed.
A BBQ is often the better choice than a hog roast when guests want choice, when there are a lot of children or younger adults, or when there's a tight lunchtime window at a corporate event. It's also the natural partner to a hog roast at bigger events, where two serving points shorten the queue and give guests more to choose from.

A typical BBQ menu mixes three or four mains with salads, fries and sauces. The BBQ menu has full sample packages.

The grill gets the attention, but the sides decide whether a barbecue feels generous. We bring homemade coleslaw, fresh salads, potato salad and pasta salad, plus fries and sweet potato fries cooked on site, a choice of breads and rolls, and a proper line-up of sauces.
For bigger or longer events we can add corn on the cob, loaded fries or a dessert. Tell us who's coming and we'll balance the menu so there's something for everyone without over-ordering.

Outdoor event cateringFor events of more than a hundred or so, or anywhere with a mixed crowd, running a hog roast and a BBQ side by side is one of the most popular set-ups we offer. The pork provides the centrepiece and the generous, carved-to-order feel; the grill adds choice and speed.
Two serving points also mean a shorter queue, which matters when a company has booked a one-hour slot for lunch. Our guide to hog roast vs BBQ sets out when each works best and when to have both.

Not necessarily. It depends on the menu, numbers and staffing. For smaller groups a BBQ can be more economical; for large groups a hog roast is often very efficient. We'll price both if you're undecided.
